Dear residents of ŠDL,
On 13 May 2020, The Government of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the Ordinance on the Temporary Prohibition and Gathering of People in Institution in the field of Education, which will enter into force on Monday, 18 May 2020. The mentioned Ordinance removes the temporary ban on the gathering of people in dormitories of 15 March 2020.
This means that you, the residents of ŠDL, can return to dormitories. Only healthy people, who do not show any of the symptoms of COVID-19 can return to dormitories. We would like to inform you that from 18 May 2020 onwards, the residents of ŠDL are subject to Extraordinary Instructions for residents for the prevention of the spread of infection. Extraordinary instructions temporarily determine special living conditions, conditions of use of rooms and common spaces and are valid until further notice. Please read the extraordinary instructions carefully and follow them strictly.
We would also like to inform you that it is mandatory to follow hygiene measures and recommendations of the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) for dormitories of 27 March 2020 and the Instructions of the NIJZ. In this regard, we would like to inform you that the National Institute of Public Health is preparing new instructions for student dormitories, and we will send them to you as soon as we receive them.
The Reception Office in Rožna dolina, the Reception Office of the Dormitory for postgraduate students and the Office for student dormitories and other ŠDL services are available until further notice by phone during office hours or by e-mail; and in person only exceptionally, when absolutely necessary and by prior arrangement.
Only healthy people, who do not show any symptoms of COVID-19 can enter the business premises of ŠDL. They are obliged to strictly follow the instructions on how to prevent infections. The use of a protective mask and hand disinfection is mandatory before entering the premises. Those waiting for the service are obliged to maintain a social distance of at least 1.5 m. It is allowed to enter premises individually.
